At CustomWhim, every item is handmade and made-to-order with care. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if you receive:
• A damaged item
• A defective product
• The wrong item

Refunds
Once we review your request, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
